Thamaramkulangara Sree Dharmasastha is considered as the incarnation of Lord Dhanwanthari and this is the only one temple in Tripunithura with Dharmasastha as main deity. Besides Dharmasastha devotees also worship Lord Ganesha and Bhadrakali along with Nagaraja and Brahmasrakshas.
